Ingredients for making jhurra meat: 4 kg of beef, 1 kg of chopped onion, 3 tablespoons of garlic paste, ½ cup of ginger, 6 pieces of cinnamon, 10-12 cardamoms, 4 bay leaves, half a liter of oil, salt as needed.
Method:
Wash the meat and cut into pieces. Wash and drain the water. Heat oil and fry onions lightly. Grind all the spices and add the meat. Cook on low heat. Keep cooking for a few days. When it is broken, the pulp must be collected from the pot.
Khichuri Ingredients:
Kataribhog rice 1 kg, Lentils 1 cup, Moong dal 2 cups, Ginger 1 tablespoon, Ginger 1 tablespoon, Garlic paste 1 tablespoon, Chilli slices 10-12, Cinnamon 4 pieces, Small cardamom 4, Cloves 7 - 8, bay leaves 2, dry chili powder 1 teaspoon or as much, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, oil 4 tablespoons, ghee 2 tablespoons, salt as much, onion chopped half a cup, beresta 2 tablespoons, beef 2 cups.
Khichuri preparation:
Lightly fry the mung beans. Drain the water from the rice and dal. Except for the meat grinder and green chilies, rub the meat with the remaining ingredients. It should be cooked in 4 liters of water. When the water has been reduced after the rice and dal have been boiled, it should be stirred briefly with Jhura meat. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
