The water development board will take panel lawyers
On behalf of the Bangladesh Water Development Board, a notification has been published for the appointment of a limited number of learned panel lawyers for two years on a temporary basis to handle cases in the High and Low Courts of Dhaka. Interested candidates should apply in prescribed form of Water Development Board.
Applicants should have LLB degree. However, lawyers with LLB (Honours) LLM/ Bar-at-Law degree will be preferred.
Retired District Judge (below 60 years) or having minimum 10 years of experience in handling civil, criminal cases including labor, arbitration and administrative tribunal law-related cases. However, preference will be given to retired District Judges/ Advocates enrolled in Appellate Division and High Court Division of Supreme Court and experienced in handling cases. Advocates on the panel will receive case-based fees/ honorarium at the rate determined by the Board for handling cases on behalf of the Board.

Interested candidates should apply to the Director General, Bangladesh Water Development Board in the prescribed form. Two copies of passport size photograph, educational qualification, experience and Bar Council certificate by collecting prescribed form from Office of Deputy Director (Legal Affairs), Bangladesh Water Development Board, Pani Bhavan, Room No-702 (Level-7), 72 Green Road, Dhaka Three sets of application form should be sent along with attested copies.
