There are about four hundred sweater factories in Bangladesh, of which Panchashekh factory has auto machines. These auto machines are basically of three brands - Japanese machine known as Shima Siki, German machine known as Stall and the rest are Chinese machines. China machines have thousands of brand names. Basically it uses the brand name of the person from whom it imports. Japanese, German and Chinese machines require different software to operate. We call those who run this software "Jacquard programmers." This software is a software that you don't just have to know how to run, you have to design knitting with it and do knitting with the help of machine. And if he wants to do knitting, he must learn to work on the machine for a month or two. Because when you learn to work, you will be interviewed somewhere for a well-paid job, then they will let you build a body. You then have to design the software and show the practical knitting. Then you will have a job. That is, there is no place for theoretical here. Purely practical job.
Jacquard design is taught in different training centers in Dhaka. They keep the course fee from thirty to fifty thousand rupees. However, if you get a job in a garment factory, they will bring you a course. In order to do this job, you have to bring all your prestige knowledge to the 'zero' house. You can't do this job if you have prestige.
If you don't have a job link anywhere, you can do a job. Find some factories that have jacquard machines in Gazipur, Savar area. How to find out? Go to Savar, Gazipur, find a sweater factory nearby. Only the sweater factory has a jacquard machine. Not all factories have jacquard machines. Those who have, try to enter a factory as a helper. They will hire you as soon as you pass SSC. Workers are usually recruited for the first ten days of each month. If you ask at the gate of the factory, the security guard will tell you if you will take people to this factory. Jacquard will pay you six to eight thousand rupees depending on the factory. You can operate the machine in two months. After learning to operate the machine you can learn to work with the software from anywhere in person. But remember that there is no benefit in learning this software if you do not know how to operate the machine. Training centers can admit you with wrong ideas but it is useless to learn this thing without running the machine.
Why bother so much? Why do you have to work as a helper in a garment factory without losing respect?
The answer is the same, as far as I know, I have seen the highest salary of a Jacquard programmer at Rs.
