How to sign up for Florida Healthy Kids.
You can enroll your child in Florida Healthy Kids at any time. Families can apply for coverage at any time online or by calling 1-888-540-KIDS (5437) for an application to be mailed to them.
It's a government-funded program with monthly premiums as low as $15 or $20. For those who do not qualify for subsidized coverage, there are other low-cost full-pay options.
