The selection test center, time table, seat arrangement and instructions for the 12th grade station officer post of Fire Service and Civil Defense Directorate under the Security Services Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs has been published.
According to a notification of the Public Service Commission (PSC), the selection test for the post of station officer will be held on August 31 from 3 pm to 4 pm.
This exam will be conducted at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University in the capital. The total number of candidates is 4 thousand 67. Admit card can be downloaded from commission website or teletalk website.
There will be total 100 questions in the exam. Full score is 100. 1 mark for each correct answer. .50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall with mobile phone, any kind of electronic communication device, watch, book, bag. Candidates will be allowed to enter the hall after checking the mentioned items and admit cards in the presence of police at the gate of the examination hall.

If a candidate is found with a mobile phone, any type of communication device or watch in the examination hall, the candidate will be expelled and legal action will be taken against him.
The members of the law and order force on duty at the entrance of the examination hall will ensure that no outsider can enter the examination hall during the examination.
During the examination, if a member of the law enforcement force, journalist, member of intelligence agency, representative of PSC or any other person wants to enter the examination center and hall without permission, the members of the law enforcement force on duty at the entrance will inform the officer in charge of the commission and the head of the institution about the matter. The Officer-in-Charge of the Commission and the Head of the Institution shall duly ascertain his identity and grant entry if necessary.
