Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar from a recognized university. Must have at least five years work experience in related field in a development organization. Must have knowledge about employment rules of Bangladesh. Must be experienced in managing compliance, duty of care and safeguarding. Must be capable of problem-solving and organizing. Must be fluent in English language. Must be good at communication. Must have the mentality of traveling in the country and abroad

Job Type: Contractual

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Work Place: Dhaka

Salary: Annual salary is Rs.10,09,905.

Benefits: One festival bonus per year, annual leave allowance, transport allowance of Rs.6000 per annum, 10 percent of basic salary as house rent, provident fund and service pay equivalent to one month's full salary per annum are available.
