2 thousand 775 people will be recruited for the post of Officer (General) in 10 Banks/Financial Institutions as members of the Bankers Selection Committee. Apply online for this post by next Thursday.

2021 based officer (general) vacancies will be filled through single competitive examination. This notification for recruitment of manpower was published on the recruitment website of Bangladesh Bank on Thursday evening. Earlier last week, 922 recruitment notices were released for the post of Senior Officer (General) in 10 integrated Banks/Financial Institutions.

Out of 2,775 posts of officers, 1,054 in Sonali Bank, 302 in Janata Bank, 1,000 in Agrani Bank, 15 in Rupali Bank, 35 in Bangladesh Development Bank, 275 in Bangladesh Krishi Bank, 24 in Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation, 19 people will be taken in Pravasi Kalyan Bank, 45 people in Employment Bank and 6 people in Investment Corporation of Bangladesh.

Bachelor's and Master's degree in any subject can be applied. Application deadline is February 9. If appointed to this post, the pay scale will be Tk 16,000-38,640.

Maximum age of application is 30 years. However, in case of children of freedom fighters and physically challenged applicants, the maximum age is 32 years. According to the decision of the Ministry of Public Administration, those who have reached the maximum age limit on March 25, 2020 can also apply.
