Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree in Sociology, Business Administration, Development Studies, ICT, or similar from a recognized University. Must have at least eight years of work experience in project management in a national or international organization. Must have work experience in Digital Literacy, Digitalization and Youth Empowerment, E-Learning Platforms, Skills Training, Violence Prevention, Policy Influence, and National Advocacy. Gender Dimension in Youth Economic Empowerment and Gender and Age-Based Economic Advantage should be well known. Proficient in project cycle management, project proposal development process, and report writing. The regional context of Bangladesh should be known. Must be proficient in problem-solving. Child Protection, Gender Equality, Must have professional training in Youth Engagement and Safeguarding. Must have the mentality of traveling within the country.
Job Type: Contractual (Renewable)
Location: Bangladesh Country Office
Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary Tk 1,29,040 to Tk 1,50,000 (based on experience). Apart from this, there are other benefits including medical benefits for spouses and children.
